RAD版本是7.0.0.7.

不确定这是否有帮助，但是：

Limitation: Although the WebSphere
  Portal installer contains an advanced
  option to install an empty portal,
  Portal Designer relies on
  administration portlets for setting
  access control; therefore, publishing
  a portal project to an empty portal is
  not supported.

我们是要部署Portlet还是整个门户项目？我们正在使用什么版本的RAD？错误日志中还有其他信息吗？ (两者都在RAD中和在WP服务器上)错误消息是否逐字张贴？
