This is what I had to do

1) Go to https://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action

2) If you are still not Update Program License Agreement, don't forget to do it

If you are an Apple Developer for iOS or Mac OS X, which is $99 a year, go to the Xcode page and scroll down to Xcode 6.

- When you will download the Xcode_6_beta, it will be in download directory then keep this in different directory compared to Xcode old directory.
- Follow the step to download Xcode 6 beta version
