Make use of the writeHTMLfunction of the TCPDF library.

The snippet below only shows the relevant code to generate the div and assumes you initialized the pdf document already and are using $pdf as the handle. Also the exact dimensions (read: pixel positions/sizes) will not translate directly into tcpdf, so you might need to play around w/it a bit. See TCPDF writeHTMLCell documentation here.
