My eclipse is Luna. On the page of JBoss developers they sent the solution pro problem:

you try to run with a 32-bit JVM then it will be able to load the xulrunner UI even on Windows 64.

That visual page editor is part of JBoss Tools plugin which you installed in order to be able to integrate and use JBoss AS server in Eclipse. I have the same problem. if u dont want to use the visual page editor, the best solution is here follow the link Thanks to BalusC
