I am developing Spring-Security-Access-Control-Exampleusing Spring MVC(version 4.3.1.RELEASE) + Spring Security(4.1.1.RELEASE). Simply looking to implement access control or authorization on web application. When I simply lauch the URL: http://localhost:8080/Spring-Security-Access-Control-Example/admin. I get the following error and I really exhausted in solving the issue.

For this simple example, in order to avoid those single quotes (') an alternative could be to disable using expressions by changing the value of use-expressions to false. So your config should look like:
