The mistake that i was doing(unknowingly) was that i was running it from project path /somepathwhile i had to run it from /somepath/anotherpathie path directory problem.

So where i ran apache from /somepath/anotherpathit started.

For me, it was because of a transitive dependency on EclipseLink (a little older ORM library).

This issue mostly occur due to DataSource depedency conflict.In my case I had DataStax Cassandra dependency and Springboot Cassandra dependency both in my POM and it was throwing the same exception. Once I remove and one the issue got resolved.

In my case the value of @PropertySourcewas wrong. I was passed the wrong path. You should set your local path here.
