I have this problem when I deploy, I really don't know how to solve it. Any idea?

The deployed AutoMapper assembly is built for .NET 4.0:

This will not work together. You can probably fix this by switching the app pool to .NET 4.0.

Try with changing the AppPool... Right click on your app in IIS, Manage Application=> Advanced Setting=> change pool. asp.net v4 pool worked for me...

Check the reference to the AutoMapper DLL - it might be the wrong one. You may have to remove it and add it back.
