Here's my pom.xml. When I try to do mvn install I get an error saying that is unrecognized tag. How do I fix this ?

You have to surround the pluginstag with the buildtag like this:
你必须像这样plugins用build标签包围标签：

or with the buildand pluginManagementtags like this:

<pluginManagement>
