iAds: What about iAd iAds, however, how do they work? Per click? or only for showing the ad? Do you know what's the amount in $ per each ad shown / clicked?

Apple pays once a month based on their calendar fiscal month. Also, they pay a month out - it's about 60 days after the actual revenue was generated - just like with app sales. Ad revenue is determined by volume of ad requests (impressions), the percentage of those requests that are filled with ads, and the effective revenue per thousand filled impressions (eCPM). Monthly payments to you are based on Apple's fiscal month.
