'ls' in CMD on Windows not recognized

When I tried to use list (ls) on a Windows command prompt, the system doesn't recognize it. I already added C:\Windows\System32in the path and also I updated java but it's still not recognized.

Use the command dirto list all the directories and files in a directory; lsis a unix command.
